John is a highly experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) Manager with over 30 years’ experience in retail, manufacturing and construction industries.
John has a sound technical knowledge with SHEQ and demonstrates a hands-on approach while maintaining a professional attitude.
He is skilled in delivering cost effective solutions within budget targets and according to his customer’s needs.
John’s expertise in SHEQ legislation is an invaluable asset in providing all companies with SHEQ advice on compliance and best practice.
He has the ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff in all SHEQ matters. He thrives in being flexible and achieving goals.
Initially he is from a food and manufacturing background but moved into a Health & Safety role early in his career and has been involved in construction and retail industries and the education sector. He also specialises in coaching for all management levels; as such he has delivered courses and training for Safety Management Systems (SMS) within supply chain sectors.
John’s motivation, experience, and coaching skills ensures the SHEQ of his sites exceeds the maximum requirements and makes him an excellent addition to all management teams.
